Work Holiday Pass (WHP)
The Work Holiday Programme (WHP) is open to undergraduates and graduates from universities and equivalent institutions in: Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Students who have gained admission to the university but have not commenced their studies may also apply. Applicants must be between 17 and 30 years of age.
The Work Holiday Pass (WHP) is valid for six months. Applicants who do not meet the above criteria can consider the Training Employment Pass.
Work Holiday Pass (WHP) Requirements
The minimum requirements for Work Holiday Pass (WHP) consist of the following:
- Applicants must be between 17 and 30 years of age
- Applicants must come from one of the following countries: Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States
- Only applicants from accredited universities will be accepted
Timeline
Ministry of Manpower (MOM) process Work Holiday Pass (WHP) application within one to seven working days.
